6'3", 200, and a size 14 shoe. Yea you got it, not a natural runner.
Basketball was my first love and the only sport I played after my freshman year in high school, but we all age, and apparently age is the exact opposite of healthy knees, so now I run.
I started running for weight loss, I was 260, but now I run for a number of reasons. I run because it is fun. I run to keep the weight off. I run to unwind. I run for my health. I run to relax. And I run because I can.
I will run with anyone who wants to go, and anywhere they come up with. Most of all, I just like being out there; running on a trail.
